Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar and schedule appointments
  • Perform administrative duties and liaise with the business office
  • Oversee vendor management and event planning assistance
  • Provide vehicle valet services
  • Process and handle mail, bills, and correspondences
  • Organize travel and local transportation
  • Conduct shopping and run errands
  • Plan menus and assist with meal preparation and occasional cooking
  • Provide pet care assistance for a small dog
  • Share light housekeeping duties with the housekeeper

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working within a private residence
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of IT literacy
