About the position

The Personal Assistant/Household Manager role is designed to support a busy entrepreneur with ADHD by managing household tasks and personal errands. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and flexible, capable of adapting to a dynamic work environment while providing essential support in various areas including housekeeping, scheduling, and transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping and management
  • Run daily errands as needed (e.g., picking up supplies, mailing packages, etc.)
  • Provide transportation to and from events and appointments
  • Offer support in organizing schedules, files, and workspaces
  • Assist with meal preparation and planning
  • Transportation, walking, and caring for the pet
  • Troubleshoot and handle tech-related tasks and setups
  • Adapt to changing schedules and tasks with a positive attitude
  • Admin and note-taking tasks

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a personal assistant role or similar
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital files and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a kind demeanor
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle physical activities such as walking the dog and running errands
