About the position

The Personal Assistant/Household Manager at Friendly Franchisees Corporation is responsible for supporting the CEO in both personal and professional tasks. This part-time role involves managing administrative duties, household operations, and personal errands to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and communications.
  • Process payroll for household staff and prepare reports/documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, handle confidential information, and follow up on tasks.
  • Oversee daily household operations, manage staff, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Handle cleaning, organizing, stocking, personal errands, and light cooking when needed.
  • Train new staff and undertake special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in household or personal assistant roles.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Apple devices.
