In addition, we offer comprehensive lifestyle support, from planning and organizing personal events to assisting with travel arrangements and calendar management. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/Household Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping others maintain a balanced and efficient lifestyle. A Personal Assistant with Tampa Lifestyle Management Co.® is a highly detailed and organized individual who provides top-notch service while carrying out the tasks that allow a household to run smoothly. Assignments may be in the form of recurring light cleaning duties (laundry, ironing, meal prep, pet detail), errand running (grocery, dry cleaning, shopping, delivering paperwork), and/or one-time project work. Examples of project work include organization (of cabinets, closets, or rooms), vacation planning, move preparation/unpacking, and event management. The position starts as a part-time commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and exhibit the Lifestyle Management Co.® brand and service level.
  • Perform light cleaning tasks as specified by client.
  • Do laundry, ironing, errands, organization, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with duties performed.
  • Engage in high-level household management tasks that may require decision-making (e.g. vendor liaison/wait service and appointment scheduling).
  • Perform office/administrative work as specified by client (internet research, emails, handling paperwork).

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
  • Working cell phone and internet access.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Drug-free and clean criminal background.
  • Speak fluent English.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
  • Exhibit cheerful, professional behavior.
  • Perform work efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and be respectful of client belongings.
  • Must have the ability to stand on feet for long hours, climb stairs, and lift over 15 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Some college preferred.
  • Prior Personal Assistant work a plus.
  • Ability to identify and fulfill unspoken needs.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Creative with an eye for design.
  • Possess a calming demeanor and a 'can do' attitude.
