The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and logistics support to a prominent family in Dallas, TX. This role requires an adaptable professional with experience in high-net-worth households, capable of managing demanding schedules and personalities. The position involves a flexible schedule, including travel and event coordination, ensuring that all details are meticulously organized and handled with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and logistics support including managing calendars, arranging travel, scheduling appointments, making reservations, planning and executing events, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate events, appointments, and meetings efficiently, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
  • Act as a liaison between the principal and various vendors, demonstrating exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel with principals domestically and internationally occasionally, sometimes in advance of principals' travel to open and prep other residences.
  • Liaise with staff and property management companies from primary and secondary residences.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant in ultra-high-net-worth households or similar settings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate changing priorities and availability.
  • Passport and ability to travel with family.
