About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-quality support to our executives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle phone systems, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organize files and maintain an orderly office environment.
  • Provide clerical support including filing, copying, and scanning documents.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in office management practices and procedures.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in proofreading documents to ensure high-quality output.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic knowledge of Outlook Email, Microsoft Program is preferred but not required.
  • Clerical skills including filing, document management, and maintaining records.
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Ability to Relocate: Murrieta, CA 92562: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
