About the position

The Personal Assistant role is designed to support a busy individual with various day-to-day tasks, ensuring efficient management of personal and household responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking effectively to meet the needs of the employer.

Responsibilities

  • Run errands (grocery shopping, picking up items, etc.)
  • Perform data entry and basic administrative work
  • Organize and maintain the home (light tidying, managing household items)
  • Make phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills (data entry, email, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation for running errands

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus, but not required
