The Personal Assistant role involves supporting the owner of a private massage and cuddle therapy business by managing client communications and scheduling. The position is designed for someone who can work independently and is detail-oriented, with a focus on positive interactions with clients via text and email.

Responsibilities

  • Reading and replying to potential client questions via text or email only.
  • Booking and scheduling client appointments through text messages or email.
  • Running local errands for the owner or the business occasionally.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write, text, and email).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently 90% of the time after training.
  • Must be 100% reliable and responsible.
  • Flexible availability to read, respond, and book clients.
  • Ability to take exact direction without negativity or bad attitude.
  • Timely response to text messages and emails from clients.
  • Ability to handle explicit language in client communications.
  • Ability to maintain a sweet and nice demeanor when communicating with clients.
