We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Senior Property Manager, Office Operations Managers, and CEO at Krishna Realty. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the housing industry, a desire for growth, a willingness to learn, and a drive for success. The position requires you to be living in the Portland metro area. This is NOT a work remote position. A vehicle, a valid drivers license, and auto insurance is required for this position. Competitive pay includes a base hourly rate for this position, and it is a full-time position. After 90 day probation period, full time employees are eligible for health benefits, including dental coverage. Responsibilities

  • Screening office visitors and managing front desk activities.
  • Assisting in the setup and planning of events and office meetings.
  • Ensuring the organization and cleanliness of all office areas.
  • Preparing correspondence and maintaining professional communication.
  • Helping maintain the accuracy of property notes and documents.
  • Answering the phone system in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing and setting appointments on active calendars.
  • Prioritizing and managing daily mail and emails.
  • Assisting with daily administrative office duties.
  • Traveling to multiple locations (homes) in a day.
  • Arranging travel plans, including itineraries and agendas.
  • Assisting errands (e.g., making keys, post office runs, mail runs, sign and lockbox installations, picking up packages, picking up supplies from stores, etc.).
  • Scanning and organizing documents (both electronic and hard copy files).
  • Corresponding with staff and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Using tools to document properties (e.g., phones, laptops, moisture gun readers, temperature gun readers, etc.).
  • Assisting the senior property manager in coordination and tracking of turnover repair tickets.
  • Assisting with property management tasks, such as work order coordination, tenant and owner requests, and property inspections.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional typing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Professionalism and reliability in attendance are a must.
  • Able to maintain a professional, positive demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture and handle pressure.
  • Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets) and tech-savvy with smartphones.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle, and auto insurance required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds and climbing ladders.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Nice-to-haves
