The Office Admin position involves providing support in various administrative tasks for an entrepreneurial company located near Japan Town in San Francisco. The role is designed for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. The company is involved in real estate management, internet startups, and app development, and is looking for a personal assistant, office manager, and project manager to help manage tasks and projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with running errands and completing various tasks as needed.
  • Organize and maintain office documents and files, transitioning from paper to e-filing systems.
  • Lead online projects, understanding the overall vision and implementing tasks to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct online research relevant to technologies, patents, and competitors.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external resources to ensure project completion.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office systems.
