About the position

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a Businessman, working closely with the manager in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business and social calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct proofreading and editing tasks for various documents

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant role
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and phone systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with calendar management software for scheduling purposes
