About the position

As a Personal Assistant/Receptionist at Inkling Storm Design, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our studio and office. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and supporting the company's executives and event planning team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the company's executives and event planning team with administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments, both internal and external, and ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
  • Assisting with special projects and event-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
