Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior-level executives, ensuring all tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage complex schedules, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and plan company events, such as meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Assist with project coordination, including planning, organizing, and monitoring project timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, in a secure and organized manner.
  • Perform various office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing office inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring all customer needs are met.
  • Utilize computer literacy skills to operate office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Develop and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
