We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Business Owner at Dino Palmieri Salons & Spa. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the business owner, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the business. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to the dynamic needs of the business owner. In this role, the Personal Assistant will manage calendars and schedules for the business owner, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are organized and prioritized effectively. The assistant will also be responsible for answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will manage the business owner's social media accounts, utilizing various applications to maintain an active online presence. The position also involves organizing and maintaining travel arrangements, performing light office duties such as ordering supplies, and overseeing the tracking of credit cards for the business owner. Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and personal issues is paramount. The Personal Assistant will be expected to handle a high-volume workload while demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the business owner effectively.
