As a Personal Assistant, you will be directly involved in high-priority projects, providing essential support that includes attending meetings, taking notes, and connecting with program documents in Google Workspace. You will also represent the CEO at events, manage confidential correspondence, and prepare presentations and reports. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and other members of the executive team
  • Attend meetings and take notes, connecting in real-time with all related program documents in Google Workspace
  • Attend events on behalf of the CEO as needed
  • Drive to pick up/drop off needed supplies or materials
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Handle confidential correspondence
  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Other duties as assigned, working with the CEO to complete whatever is top priority for the day

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
