You will be responsible for providing transportation for the CEO to various locations, meetings, and events, as well as managing the CEO's daily calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reports. Your role will also involve assisting the CEO with daily tasks, such as handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence. In addition to these responsibilities, you will prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required, conduct research and gather information as directed by the CEO, and maintain and organize the CEO's files, records, and documents. You will coordinate with other staff members and departments on behalf of the CEO and ensure that the CEO's workspace and vehicle are clean and well maintained.
