The Personal Assistant with Home Management Duties is a versatile role focused on managing both professional and personal tasks for an individual in Wellington, FL. This position requires a dedicated individual who can handle a variety of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, personal care assistance, and coordination with household staff, all while supporting a work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing the schedule, including making appointments and receiving calls on behalf of the employer.
  • Handling deliveries and household correspondence.
  • Caring for the employer's dogs.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for queries from other staff.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks due to the employer's physical disability, including helping with meals and other small tasks.
  • Overseeing the landscaper and ensuring outdoor spaces are well-maintained.
  • Assisting with laundry tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges discreetly and efficiently.
  • Independence in managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Non-smoker, drug-free, and compliance with CDC health guidelines, including vaccinations.

Benefits
