Responsibilities

  • Arranging schedules for managers
  • Backing up managers as needed
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system
  • Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
  • Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
