About the position

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide comprehensive support in managing the personal life and daily affairs of the CEO, ensuring that personal tasks are efficiently organized and executed. This role involves handling a wide range of non-business-related duties to ensure the CEO's personal life runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the CEO's personal schedule, including appointments, family events, social engagements, and vacations.
  • Perform personal errands such as shopping, dry cleaning, picking up/dropping off items, and managing household needs.
  • Plan and coordinate personal trips, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itinerary planning for family vacations or personal getaways.
  • Liaise with household staff, contractors, and service providers; oversee home maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Plan and organize personal events such as family gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, and social functions.
  • Manage personal purchases, including gifts, wardrobe updates, and other shopping needs, ensuring items are procured on time and within budget.
  • Schedule personal appointments, including doctor visits, health check-ups, and wellness treatments.
  • Assist with managing personal finances, such as paying bills, coordinating with accountants, managing household budgets, and tracking personal expenses.
  • Assist with personal tasks for family members as required, including managing schedules, coordinating school or extracurricular activities, and booking family appointments.
  • Ensure personal vehicles are maintained, including scheduling servicing, registration renewals, and cleaning.
  • Handle all personal matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, ensuring privacy in all personal and family dealings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing personal communications, including responding to personal emails, phone calls, and invitations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Arrange for pet care services such as grooming, veterinary appointments, and pet sitting when necessary.
  • Handle any other personal tasks as required to support the CEO in their daily life.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager, preferably for high-profile individuals or executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
