About the position

Authentic Connections Counseling LLC is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a busy individual managing multiple professional responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of efficiently managing a variety of tasks. This role is designed for someone who can work flexibly, with an expected workload of approximately 3 to 10 hours per week. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and alleviating the workload from a demanding schedule. The responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include conducting banking tasks such as deposits and withdrawals, managing miscellaneous errands, and providing pet care for two dogs, which includes short walks and general care. The role also involves performing basic household chores, such as washing dishes, tidying up, and assisting with light cleaning and organizing as required. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will be responsible for grocery and supply shopping, ensuring that items are purchased according to specified lists and preferences. The position may also require completing various ad-hoc tasks and errands as assigned, including managing appointments and coordinating with service providers. This position requires a candidate with previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The candidate must be reliable and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as the role may involve tasks spread across weekdays and occasionally weekends. Access to a reliable vehicle for running errands and transporting pets is also a requirement.

Responsibilities
