We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to a busy professional. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Additionally, the role involves handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive, as well as organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, documents, and records. The assistant will also assist in transcribing and typing documents as needed, coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, and plan and organize events, both professional and personal. General office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment will also be part of the responsibilities. Front desk support by greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately is expected as well.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files, documents, and records
  • Assist in transcribing and typing documents as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Plan and organize events, both professional and personal
  • Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
  • Provide front desk support by greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or as a personal assistant
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, DocuSign, and other relevant software applications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
  • Experience in event planning is a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salon software
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
