About the position

The Personal Assistant role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to executives within the Risk business area. This position is crucial for ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the team, allowing executives to focus on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials and agendas
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
  • Assist in project management and tracking deadlines
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
