  • Handle BillPay and other financial responsibilities related to household management.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of outdoor spaces as needed.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management and communication.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience as a personal assistant.
  • Experience in house management and working in an oceanfront property.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Calendar management.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
