About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings effectively.
  • Handle phone systems with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate various projects, ensuring timelines are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Organize events, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in calendar management and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and communication tools effectively.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with event planning is a plus.
