About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in daily operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a knack for managing schedules effectively. This role is essential in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings while ensuring optimal time management.
  • Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Transcribe meeting notes and prepare documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Organize files, both physical and digital, to maintain an efficient office environment.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks including typing reports, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Support special projects as assigned, contributing to team goals and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Calendar and other office software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Previous experience in clerical duties or customer service is a plus.
