About the position

The South Florida Rehab & Training Center is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Personal Assistant to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency of our organization, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of our team. The Personal Assistant will be expected to communicate effectively, manage schedules, and provide general administrative support while exhibiting professionalism and patience in all interactions. In this position, the Personal Assistant will compose well-written, clear, and professional emails in both English and Spanish, ensuring that communication is effective and appropriate for various audiences. The role also involves managing and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, requiring flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. The Personal Assistant will provide general administrative support, which includes handling correspondence, organizing documents, and maintaining records to ensure that all information is accurate and accessible. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of patience and professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external, and will be proactive in handling tasks and anticipating needs before they arise. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a keen attention to detail. The Personal Assistant will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and will be expected to work a flexible schedule to accommodate varying needs within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Compose well-written, clear, and professional emails in both English and Spanish.

Requirements
