The role also involves facilitating comprehensive travel arrangements with foresight and precision, acting as the principal conduit between the Family Office and household staff, and preemptively addressing needs. Additionally, the Personal Assistant will plan and execute events, anticipating the principal's vision and guests' needs, conduct thoughtful purchasing and gift selection, and offer informed fashion advice and styling that caters to the principal's aesthetic and event requirements. Maintaining impeccable household organization and proactively managing assets is crucial, as is providing leadership and direction to house staff to ensure high standards are met.
