About the position

The Personal Assistant will support the owner of a construction company by managing daily appointments, streamlining tasks, and enhancing the company's online presence through social media. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has experience in both administrative tasks and social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the owner's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and organize documents, emails, and presentations.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and tasks.
  • Note taking during meetings and transcribing them to the team.
  • Create and manage social media content related to cabinets and countertops.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the company's online presence and attract potential clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and incorporate them into social media campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, clients, and partners via social platforms.
  • Assist with personal tasks for the owner as needed.
  • Travel to job sites or meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a construction or related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Current Drivers License.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ability to manage graphic design or media creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Bilingual.

Benefits
