About the position

Hatalom is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the President/CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing a wide range of personal and professional tasks, requiring strong communication skills and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the executive.
  • Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Handle document preparation, expense reporting, and filing.
  • Run personal errands, such as shopping and managing household appointments.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating personal or professional events.
  • Help manage small personal or professional projects by coordinating deadlines, resources, and tasks.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior personal assistant experience.
  • Flexibility to travel or work outside regular hours, if needed.
