About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal/Executive Assistant to support our executive team and manage various personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for dogs, particularly German Shepherds.

Responsibilities

• Handle various business and personal errands for the executive, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide safe and timely transportation for company personnel as needed, utilizing a company car.
• Walk, feed and transport 2 German Shepherds, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and care.
• Perform low-level training for the dogs, reinforcing basic commands and good behavior.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable and experienced with dog care, especially large breeds like German Shepherds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
