About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate strong organizational abilities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in office management tasks, including ordering supplies and coordinating office maintenance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed, utilizing strong typing skills to ensure accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and office management software.
  • Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Familiarity with filing systems and basic administrative procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating professionalism at all times.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week.
  • Pay range of $17.69 - $21.17 per hour.
