Kinship Ventures is seeking a skilled and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executive based in Los Angeles, CA. This position requires the PA to be physically present for 8 hours once a week to handle various administrative and personal tasks. The Personal Assistant will directly support our executive by managing a variety of tasks that facilitate daily operations and personal commitments. This role requires a high level of discretion, reliability, and proficiency in managing administrative duties. The PA will be responsible for attending the executive's residence or designated location in Los Angeles for 8 hours every week, managing and organizing documents, handling sensitive and confidential information, and assisting with personal errands such as shopping, booking reservations, and managing personal appointments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision. The candidate must be proficient in Slack and a project management tool like ClickUp, possess reliable transportation, and hold a valid driver's license. Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and tasks is also required, along with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
