The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, and overseeing various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the executive's day-to-day activities. This role requires a high level of proficiency in relevant computer programs and applications, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Personal Assistant, you will screen incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring that the CEO is informed and prepared for all engagements. You will coordinate both internal and external meetings, which includes booking rooms and catering services. Maintaining the executives' data and contacts in the firm's CRM system is also a key responsibility, as is working with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of conferences and events. In addition to professional duties, you will assist with personal errands, such as shopping, event planning, and household tasks. If applicable, you may also coordinate family-related activities, including children's schedules. Upholding confidentiality and discretion regarding personal matters is paramount in this role, as you will be privy to sensitive information.
