Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
  • Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or recommendations
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
