We are seeking a Personal Assistant based in Miami, FL who is ready to become an integral part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Co-Founder, managing a wide range of tasks to ensure their personal and professional life runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination between New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. In this position, you will arrange and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for trips to the Co-Founder's homes in New York and Los Angeles, along with other potential destinations. You will serve as a primary point of contact, handling calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Additionally, you will assist with various personal errands, shopping, and household management tasks in Miami. Event planning will also be a key responsibility, as you will coordinate and organize private events, dinners, and social gatherings. Vendor management is another important aspect of this role, where you will liaise with service providers and vendors for the Co-Founder's homes in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, ensuring everything is maintained to the highest standard. Confidentiality is paramount, and you will handle all matters with the utmost discretion, maintaining a high level of trust at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day personal assistance to the Co-Founder.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to manage digital calendars and travel apps.
