In this position, you will arrange and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for trips to the Co-Founder's homes in New York and Los Angeles, along with other potential destinations. You will serve as a primary point of contact, handling calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Additionally, you will assist with various personal errands, shopping, and household management tasks in Miami. Event planning will also be a key responsibility, as you will coordinate and organize private events, dinners, and social gatherings. Vendor management is another important aspect of this role, where you will liaise with service providers and vendors for the Co-Founder's homes in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles, ensuring everything is maintained to the highest standard.
