About the position

The Personal Assistant role at Robert Half is a contract-to-hire position within the Construction/Contractor industry, based in Greenville, South Carolina. The individual will support the owner and a few executives by managing their schedules, facilitating important communications, and ensuring effective time management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedules of the owner and executives, ensuring effective time management.
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records using accounting software systems and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Utilize ADP - Financial Services for relevant financial tasks.
  • Assist in managing communications and correspondence within the organization.
  • Utilize Chef, Concur, and About Time software for various tasks as required.
  • Ensure proper calendar management for efficient scheduling and planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the owner and executives.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
  • Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience as a Chef will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Concur and About Time software
  • Able to handle answering inbound calls efficiently
  • Exceptional calendar management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Capable of managing correspondence in a professional manner.
