About the position

Join our team at Rochester Mills Beer Company, a busy, high-volume restaurant located in Flushing, NY. We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role requires a strong work ethic and proficiency in relevant computer programs and applications. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and screening incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. You will also coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring that all logistics, such as room bookings and catering, are handled efficiently. In addition to managing the CEO's schedule, you will maintain executives' data and contacts in the firm's CRM system and work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of conferences and events. Travel arrangements will also be part of your responsibilities, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Furthermore, you will assist with personal errands, such as shopping and event planning, and coordinate family-related activities, including children's schedules if applicable. Confidentiality and discretion regarding personal matters are paramount in this role, and you will be expected to uphold these standards at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding personal matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, etc.
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with sensitivity
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and QBO
