About the position

Georgia Products Inc is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. This part-time position offers a flexible work environment, allowing for a hybrid work model, which combines both remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational skills to manage various responsibilities effectively. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our Shopify account, assisting with event planning and coordination, and promoting our products. You will perform general clerical duties such as filing and data entry, while also maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Your computer skills will be utilized to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, and you will assist with personal errands as needed. Responsibilities

  • Managing Shopify account.
  • Assisting with event planning, coordination, and product promotion.
  • Performing general clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Utilizing computer skills to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting with personal errands as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good social media use skill for product and website promotion purposes.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior office administrative experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (1 year preferred).
  • Ability to commute to Chula Vista, CA 91911 (required).
  • Willingness to relocate to Chula Vista, CA 91911 before starting work (preferred).
