About the position

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO of Elk Ridge Management, a company focused on real estate investment and property management. This part-time role requires a highly organized and proactive individual to manage schedules, communications, and various tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; draft responses and manage communication flow.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, and following up on outstanding projects.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring all documents are up to date.
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects or presentations.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Nice-to-haves

  • Real estate experience is preferred.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
