The Spine and Pain Center is seeking a dependable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be capable of multitasking, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for offering administrative support to the executive team, which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also handle various tasks as assigned by the executive team, safeguard confidential information, and maintain records in line with company policies. Your role will involve managing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining organized filing systems for efficient document management. Additionally, you will assist with tasks assigned by the office manager and medical providers, and run personal and business-related errands for executive management and providers. This may include potential travel to our clinic locations in Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville. The position requires a commitment to confidentiality and a customer-service-oriented mindset, making it a vital role within our dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Offer administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
