You will also handle various tasks as assigned by the executive team, safeguard confidential information, and maintain records in line with company policies. Your role will involve managing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining organized filing systems for efficient document management. Additionally, you will assist with tasks assigned by the office manager and medical providers, and run personal and business-related errands for executive management and providers. This may include potential travel to our clinic locations in Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville.
