About the position

The Personal Assistant role is a temporary position within a dynamic late-stage tech firm, providing high-level support to the Co-Founders. This role requires managing a variety of personal and household tasks, including travel arrangements, calendar management, and event planning, while ensuring the Co-Founders' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project management for various household needs, including daily tasks and high-level projects.
• Arrange global travel and manage transportation, hotels, events, and itineraries for the Executives and their extended family.
• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant of the Co-Founders to ensure seamless scheduling and communication.
• Plan events with a thoughtful and design-oriented approach, including gift selection for personal and professional occasions.
• Coordinate personal appointments related to physical and mental health, assisting the Co-Founders in achieving wellness goals.
• Oversee general household management, including staff supervision, deliveries, and vendor coordination.
• Organize financial matters and assist in maintaining systems for tracking expenses.
• Coordinate high-profile events and interface with prominent figures in tech, business, and entertainment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of personal assistance experience, preferably supporting high-profile individuals in the entertainment and tech sectors.
• Ability to quickly adapt and provide insights to optimize support for the principals.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to anticipate the Executive's preferences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
• Consistent energy and motivation to provide high-quality support.

Benefits
