This position involves significant interaction with Microsoft and Apple technology, requiring exceptional attention to detail and initiative to meet the employer's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
  • Explain the functions of certain applications and processes.
  • Investigate errors in operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
