About the position

The Personal Assistant role at FixMyPool involves providing administrative support to the Owner and managing various office tasks. This part-time position is designed for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a modern office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Owner and perform general office tasks
  • Manage and organize documents and other digital platforms
  • Transcribe and proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling and managing appointments
  • Handle front desk duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • File and organize paperwork in both physical and digital formats
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests

Requirements

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in a similar role or as a personal assistant is preferred
