About the position

The Personal Assistant role is designed to provide comprehensive organizational and administrative support to a busy professional in Miami, FL. The assistant will be responsible for handling communications, managing schedules, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Arrange travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Handle email and phone communications on behalf of the employer
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events
  • Conduct research and create reports or summaries as needed
  • Organize and maintain documents, both digital and physical
  • Assist with various administrative tasks like data entry, document management, and project coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and other partners

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other common software tools
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines
