About the position

The Personal Assistant role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, managing schedules, and performing general office duties. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and perform general office duties.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Perform data entry tasks, transcribe documents, and type correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office files and records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally.
  • Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
