We are seeking a highly adaptable and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy physician entrepreneur. The role involves managing the executive's schedule, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication across various teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills and be proficient in various digital tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CEO's daily schedule is optimized, protecting focused work hours and managing exceptions for urgent matters.
• Organize meetings with well-defined objectives, comprehensive background information, and insightful questions.
• Collect and deliver timely updates to the CEO and relevant teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, management, and medical teams to assess, prioritize, and align efforts.
• Cultivate relationships with other doctors and professionals, arranging meetings as necessary.
• Prepare daily updates and assist in meeting preparations.
• Collaborate with the CEO to generate compelling content for distribution to the marketing team.
• Assist in arranging travel and meetings, ensuring seamless logistics.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity regarding CEO-level information.
• Utilize AI tools and technology to expedite tasks and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills and a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Calendar.
• Proficient with PPT, Zoom, Teams, Canva, Google Docs, and similar tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and an adaptable approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of CEO-level information.
