Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line representative for customers, focusing on exceptional service without meeting quotas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience required.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience is necessary.
  • 3 years of cash handling experience is required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to relocate to Lehigh Valley, PA before starting work.
