Requirements

• One year experience and proficiency handling cash.
• Minimum of one year experience providing a high level of customer service.
• Previous Bank Teller experience a bonus.
• Working knowledge of bank deposit procedures, lending and credit products, new account opening procedures.
• Experience promoting products and basic sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate knowledge of products, services, and customer interests.
• Establish, maintain, and deepen customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify and promote products aligned with customers' financial and business needs.
• Efficiently open accounts, and accurately complete documentation to open and maintain accounts.
• Protect BNC and our customers by strictly following policies and procedures, maintaining bank security, and the confidentiality of customer information.
• Provide back-up support to branch with day-to-day operational transactions.
