You will also be tasked with resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary. Building strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up will be essential to your success in this position. Additionally, you will inform customers about self-service digital options to enhance their banking experience and follow established policies and procedures to minimize risk. This position is classified as a SAFE position, which means it involves customer contact and may include offering or negotiating terms for dwelling secured transactions. Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations is mandatory, and ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements. You will also be expected to maintain a cash drawer and handle cash transactions, spending a portion of your time on service-related tasks.
