About the position

As a Personal Banker at PNC, you will play a crucial role in strengthening customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities. Your primary focus will be on engaging customers in sales conversations to identify suitable financial solutions, thereby enhancing their financial wellbeing. This position is part of PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, located in Millersburg, OH, and emphasizes collaboration with ecosystem partners to drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions.
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
  • Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in banking or related field.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively.
